Welcome to Gastronomy Recipes. I’m Claire Beaumont, a culinary enthusiast, self-taught cook, and firm believer that elevated cooking belongs in every home kitchen, not just fine dining restaurants.

My obsession with food started during a year I spent living in Lyon, France, studying the region’s culinary traditions firsthand. I visited local markets every morning, learned from home cooks and small restaurant owners, and came back with a completely transformed understanding of what food can be when it’s treated with intention and respect.
